Return/Cancellation Policy
Products cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipping process has been initiated.
No cancellations are entertained for those products obtained on special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas, UK bank holidays etc.
Replacement of products will only be considered if there is evidence that the product or products are damaged upon arrival.
In case of receipt of damaged items, please contact our Customer Service team. The request will be considered only once the merchant has received the returned item. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products. Please allow 7 working days for items to be replaced after the damaged item has been returned to the merchant.
Buyers are required to return items in their original shipping containers and/or packaging within 2 days of receipt of products.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items. International shipping costs are not refundable.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Outside the United Kingdom there is a standard shipping charge of £2.50 per item.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
